I currently kicking it to Fallout: New Vegas and loving every second of it, and on the DS I've got Ghost trick on the go.
They're both amazing gamjes but the designs of Ghost trick blow my mind. They're just so well animated and expressive, and for that to come through on such a small screen is amazing.

Between getting Oblivion for PC, and Fallout: New Vegas for the PS3.
I am more or less torn.
Though it might just come down to which I have the cash for, and hoping that my laptop can manage to run Oblivion.
    (Fingers crossed on that)
    Either way.
End of this week I'll have enough for Oblivion.

I am really close to getting the best ending in cave story, but I have to beat the final boss and I haven't yet been able to beat his first form.

I'll get it after going through the sacred grounds a billion times.

And it's hard not to feel like Eridan, killing all those angels.

I never could manage to get the best ending, it was always too much work for me.
    It also seemed nearly impossible.
Of course its obviously not, I just never get that skilled with a game.

I did however, get the funniest ending.

    What is Cave Story about?

Tough call. I'm a huge Wasteland nerd though, so for me if Fallout is an option, it is the road that will be taken. I always play as a complete lunatic, randomly helping people and accepting no reward and then stealing all their stuff and shooting them in the face. My Karma is really high right now, but that's only because I don't get caught :p

I was really excited when I first heard the idea, but seeing the scenes, the two art styles just do not mesh well. But I've played every Phoenix Wright game (not Apollo Justice yet though) and two Professor Laytons, so I'm sure it would still be crazy fun.

Last I heard, the second Edgeworth game isn't getting a western release, so i wouldn't hold out hope. Have i ever mentioned how much i hate Capcom?

Cave story is a free ware developed by one guy, it's a side scrolling retro 2d shooter.

You play a robot and you have lost your memories, you find yourself in a network of underground caves populated by rabbit like creatures called mimigas. An evil doctor is kidnapping these Mimigas for an evil scheme.

The main mechanic is that when you defeat enemies, they drop crystals that you collect to upgrade your weapon, if you get hit your weapon loses energy and might level down, and every weapon as three levels.

So if you like good 2d action games with a good story, then I definitely recommend this, and it's free to download, so there is no reason not to.

you really do. Cave story is one of those games that have influenced a million other indie games, it's seriously good inspiration.

Fallout New Vegas may be my favoritest game ever. The Elder Scrolls games are all pretty rad too.
Been playing TF2 so hard ever since it became free.

Also I have never actually played that, spook.
    Should I?

    Installing Psychonauts right now,
I think it's time I do another play through :p

    Bust-a-move,
That's the little alligator things that shoot bubbles right?
    I love that game,
but one time I bought a version of it for the DS, and it didn't even work :1 (It was a new copy, and after the first boss or something stage, it wouldn't close out)

I'd highly recommend Terraria to basically everyone. It's cheap, fantastically fun, and regularly updated with huge patches of new material. Gameplay wise, it's a bit like a 2-D Minecraft where fighting mobs and each other is actually interesting and kind of the point.

Steer clear of the forums though. A wretched hive of scum and villainy.

Speaking of Terraria I run a MSPA server at 173.67.148.79

Later we can totally have a Terraria party

I go on the forums. Got a suggestion thread for an NPC called Steve over there. Third most posted in suggestion there.
but yeah people there tend to be huge tools.
